Here's a little about myself:

I offer professional photography services throughout Tuolumne county and beyond. I specialize in bridal, engagement,and senior portraiture, and am also available for family, maternity and children portraiture. I have a fun, fresh, creative approach, and enjoy getting to know you and your family to provide you with a product you will truly love.

Here's a little about how I came to pursue photography:

When it came to that part in our lives where we are supposed to pick what we want to be, most everyone tried to talk me out of photographer. And I listened for a few odd years, dragging my feet through a journalism major.

At one point I felt a calling to spend time in Tanzania, volunteering as a health care worker, during which photography seemed to console my homesickness. It was my vice, calling my attention to the textures, colors, and culture of Tanzania. It was one day walking down a Tanzanian street I gave in to photography. I decided at that moment I would pursue it no matter what anyone else said. And I did.

I got that scorned art degree,
I shot my first wedding for a trusting friend,
I put my work out there.

Three years after that deciding day I am happily pursuing my passion. Thank you for checking out my work. I'm excited to get to know you and find out how I can capture you and your family in a way that resonates with who you really are.
